When it comes to violence prevention there are many verbal and psychological skills that come into play before any physical skills can be employed.

Having physical skills is not enough. many of the verbal and psychological skills are not intuitive, they need to be taught. It's essential THAT Women and girls  have many tools in their toolbox to stay safe, in an increasingly dangerous world.

At Arketa Foundation our goal is to train, educate, and empower as many women and girls as possible with these life-changing, potentially life-saving skills.
