At Arketa Foundation, we aim to increase women and girls' awareness, confidence, and safety by empowering them with situational awareness, boundary setting, emotional & psychological safety, and self-defense skills. Freedom starts with safety!
When it comes to violence prevention, verbal and psychological skills are essential. Physical skills are not enough! Many verbal and psychological skills are not intuitive; they need to be taught. At Arketa Foundation, our goal is to train, educate, and empower women and girls with these life-changing skills.
